Data handling
Ask where data is hosted, how long it is kept, who can access it and whether it is used to train models for other customers. At TatvaOne, hosting location and retention depend on your region and are set out in your agreement, and each customer’s data is kept separate.
Identity and access
Ask which single sign-on providers are supported and how roles are controlled. TatvaOne supports Sign in with Microsoft today; Sign in with Google is coming soon. Access is role-based, and your organization decides who sees what.
Integration
Ask how the product fits with your LMS, HR and identity systems, and what happens to data that moves between them. Each TatvaOne product works on its own or alongside what you run; tell us your stack and we confirm the fit before you commit.
Human oversight
Ask who makes decisions. In every TatvaOne product, AI notices, drafts and suggests; people review and decide, and every decision is recorded with its evidence.
Certification
